Isaac Suh

Isaac Suh is a data analytics and reporting solutions expert who is committed to helping communities prepare for and recover from natural disasters.

Isaac Suh has more than 12 years of experience helping states and localities design and implement disaster recovery and mitigation programs. As director of data analytics and reporting solutions at ICF, he specializes in technical program management, financial grant management, and data analysis for federal, state, and local government organizations, as well as international institutions.

Isaac has deep expertise in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) programs, as well as Federal Emergency Management Agency guidelines. His innovative approaches to data analytics, system development, and financial management streamline disaster recovery processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize resources for vulnerable communities.

Notable achievements include leading the development of performance metrics dashboards and automated reporting systems to improve data quality and accountability. At the New York City Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget, Isaac managed grant reporting, data analytics, and federal funding compliance as part of the Hurricane Sandy Recovery Task Force. He implemented new grants management systems and dynamic dashboards to improve transparency and performance tracking.

Recognized as a thought leader, Isaac was selected by the Project Management Institute to help develop global standards for artificial intelligence in portfolio and program management. His work focuses on integrating AI and technology into public health, climate resilience, and disaster mitigation efforts.

Isaac holds a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in economics and financial policy, as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations, both from Cornell University.
