EPA's final Clean Power Plan rule: The changes and implications you need to understand

ICF received numerous questions during its August webinars on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) final Clean Power Plan. Many of those questions covered similar aspects of the final rule and our webinar discussion, so we grouped them together by theme and address them here for the benefit of our webinar attendees. Our responses cover the highlights related to each question, but there are many more details to explore in the final rule.
