Laura has extensive experience in marketing and communications account management, marketing, branding, strategy, communications, creative and collateral development, and customer research.
Laura has extensive experience in marketing and communications account management, marketing, branding, strategy, communications, creative and collateral development, and customer research. In her role, she is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of both brand, direct response, and market transformation campaigns, including managing budgets of more than $2 million annually. Laura has comprehensive knowledge and experience with multiple techniques to test creative and messaging, including qualitative focus group testing and rigorous quantitative customer surveying.
She is a well-regarded industry thought leader, speaker, and trainer on energy marketing and customer engagement. Laura is currently an elected member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals Board of Directors.
