Monique is a team leader and project management expert with nearly 20 years of experience in environmental compliance services.

Monique is an environmental expert with nearly 20 years of experience providing environmental compliance services on projects for conservation planning, transportation, water, energy, and infrastructure clients. Collectively, Monique’s teams provide project management, technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic advice.

Monique specializes in providing permitting and environmental compliance for water infrastructure projects. She demonstrates competence and relevant experience in project management with internal staff, subconsultants, clients, and regulatory agencies for numerous concurrent projects of varying sizes and complexity. She focuses on managing large, multidisciplinary projects across diverse groups of stakeholders and government agencies.

Monique also oversees project implementation through construction and post-construction phases, including management of mitigation compliance, monitoring, overall permit compliance, and reporting of environmental conditions to regulatory agencies.

Monique has excellent research, analytical, communication, and time management skills. She commands a thorough understanding of state and federal environmental permits and her experience includes permit and technical document preparation, monitoring, reporting, and resource agency consultation. Monique is responsible for the preparation of environmental documents in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
