Rainier "T" Tanglao

Rainier is currently a senior program director with expertise in cybersecurity and cyberspace operations encompassing lines of effort in offensive cyberspace operations, defensive cyberspace operations and Department of Defense (DoD) information network operations. He is also the program manager for the Army C5ISR Center Defensive Cyber Operations. Rainier’s experience includes physical and digital security protection, compliance, program management, and corporate consultations.

Rainier is a retired United States Air Force senior officer and a career cyberspace operations officer within the DoD with leadership experience in various C-suite roles. He was a trusted advisor to the most senior national leaders charged with global cyber operations and cybersecurity.
