
Kevin Bearden
Kevin has more than 25 years of experience in federal civilian, national security, humanitarian and services programs supporting key missions for federal, state and local governments. He served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Signal Corp.
Kevin Bearden is a Senior Vice President and Division Leader at ICF and an accomplished senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in strategic business growth, corporate operations and oversight of large performance-based programs, including humanitarian services, IT infrastructure, cloud and cyber data analytics, and intelligent automation systems. Kevin is responsible for driving mission impact for both federal civilian, national security and social services, as well as state and local clients, while delivering exceptional business results for ICF.
Kevin previously led the humanitarian and foreign missions’ growth portfolio at Cherokee Federal serving as Vice President & Growth Leader, as well as served in C-suite and other key senior executive roles at The Providencia Group (TPG), SOS International (SOSI) and General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). Before entering the private sector, he was a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Signal Corp and served both on active duty (desert shield, desert storm veteran) as well as in the Army Reserves.
Mr. Bearden holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins.
