Isabelle Puchwein Roberts
Isabelle leads large programs, frameworks, and grant programs across a range of policy priorities in the European Union and United Kingdom. She works on public administration reforms in EU member states, employment and public services operations, and mobility issues, tackling undeclared work and skills gaps. Isabelle is an experienced leader of EU-wide programs to enhance the transferability and replicability of good practice and policy between key public sector agencies.
Isabelle has worked across central, regional, local government and agencies. She is also experienced with small and medium-sized enterprises, business networks, social enterprises, voluntary organizations, parliamentary lobbying structures, European institutions, member state public institutions and ministries, and trade unions.
Isabelle has expertise in policy implementation, public sector, strategy, shaping and piloting reform, policy formulation, program delivery and execution, program reviews and evaluation, stakeholder engagement and management, and social/impact investment. She is a native speaker of French and German and is fluent in English.
