Mark is an energy efficiency expert with more than 16 years of experience greening the built environment and ensuring future infrastructure incorporates sustainability, efficiency, and resiliency.

Mark has over 16 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, providing leadership and support to local energy efficiency teams across the United States.

Working closely with utility clients, Home Energy Rating System (HERS) raters, builders, developers, and architects, Mark helps transforms the market towards above-code new construction, drives deeper energy savings, maximizes energy efficiency incentives, and expands the Passive House professional workforce in New England.

Mark is responsible for a portfolio of energy efficiency programs in New England, Mass Save Residential New Construction Program, Mass Save Heating & Cooling, and Energize Connecticut Passive House Initiative. Combined, these programs promote the benefits of residential high-performance new construction, energy-efficient equipment, and workforce development to maximize energy efficiency.

Mark is currently a member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals, Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Western Massachusetts, and Northeast Sustainable Energy Association. He holds an Enterprise Program Management and HERS Associate certification.
