Eduardo Minaya
Eddie is an award-winning associate creative director in our government division. His visual communication experience encompasses design conceptualization/execution, art direction, web and email design, user interface design, corporate identity development, behavioral change design, conceptual design, and print design. He effectively leads teams and carries out visual solutions from specific guidelines and budgets while meeting and exceeding short deadlines on multiple projects.
Eddie has played a key role in public issue projects related to anti-smoking, HIV awareness, climate change, disease prevention, and awareness. He has worked with agencies like the Center for Disease Control (CDC), National Institute of Health (NIH), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Transportation (DOT), among many others. .
His leadership and forward-thinking with these projects have helped push them to the next level providing direction driven by data, best practices, and design trends happening currently in the market.
He has been with ICF for over ten years, and during his time with the company, he has helped guide the direction of the creative team to the 100+ team it is today.
