Jennifer Folsom leads industry-government tech partnership program
As chair for 2025 ACT-IAC Partner Class, digital growth executive will mentor government and industry leaders to solve big mission challenges

Jennifer Folsom, senior partner for ICF Next, our integrated, full-service digital and communications agency, was selected to the leadership team for the 2025 ACT-IAC Partners Program Class as chair. Jennifer served as vice chair for the 2024 Partners class and was also a graduate of the 2021 Partners Class.
The Partners Program is a year-long initiative that prepares senior leaders in government and industry for executive leadership opportunities and provides a collaborative forum to advance partnerships with these communities.

As chair, Jennifer will help lead activities for the 2025 class, including developing and influencing curricula, content, format, and design of the program as well as hosting speakers and events to ensure partners get the most out of their experience. To this role, she brings significant experience and expertise in networking and personal brand identity, as well strategy, workforce, human-centered practices, digital and organizational transformation, customer experience, and more.
