Laura leads the development of PowerGuide, ICF’s decarbonization decision support platform. Utilities hire ICF to design multi-pronged decarbonization programs that break down silos of traditional energy efficiency, demand response, EV, and other offerings. PowerGuide combines ICF's beneficial electrification, energy efficiency, behavioral economics, and utility data insight expertise to help utility customers make educated technology choices.
The first product to market under the PowerGuide suite is PowerGuide Fleets, a marketing, engagement, and outreach tool that supports fleet customer engagement and lead generation. The tool helps customers make faster, smarter, and more confident fleet electrification decisions.
