2 in 3 federal leaders don’t have the data needed to guide their agencies
We asked 500 federal leaders how often decision-makers are disconnected from the data they need to guide their organization, and the results reveal a critical disconnect.
Despite having an abundance of data, federal government agencies’ efforts to best serve citizens are being compromised by the inability to get the right data in the right hands. In fact, two-thirds of mission leaders (67%) report that decision-makers at their federal agency are often or always disconnected from the data they need to guide their organization, reveals a Wakefield Research survey for ICF of 500 full-time federal employees who are mission leaders, work in IT, or are data and analytics professionals.
