Extreme heat targets the most vulnerable
Extreme heat is particularly dangerous for disadvantaged communities. Our latest climate modeling shows how it will intensify and offers strategies to help communities prepare for, withstand, and recover from the heat.
Is the US on track to achieve its decarbonization goals?
The U.S. has set ambitious climate goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve a net-zero economy. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) will get us halfway there.
Explore insights on how to drive low-emission transitions and build resilience against the effects of climate change.

New modeling reveals a practical path toward achieving U.S. decarbonization goals focused on three critical pieces of the BIL and IRA—transportation electrification, building decarbonization, and clean energy. With these three super solutions, the United States could eliminate more than 40% of GHG emissions by 2030 and nearly 90% of GHG emissions by 2050 relative to 2005.
Explore our new report that leverages our climate modeling technology to show how the U.S. could reach its decarbonization goals.
