International Technical Assistance Program (ITAP) - Energy, Extractives, and Renewable Energy Consulting Services

The BPA supports ITAP in building capacity in select countries for the responsible and sustainable management of the extractive natural resources sector (energy and non-energy). The scope includes support for: 1) policy, legal, and regulatory reform; 2) technical, operational, and economic analysis; 3) financial mechanisms and market creation; 4) economic management, transparency and fiscal policy; 5) and environmental impacts and social and community issues related to resource development.
