David is an expert in strategic development and corporate strategy with more than 20 years of experience.

David is a leader in strategy development, strategic planning, and corporate development. For over 20 years, he has worked with high-technology and services companies, leading numerous client engagements in aerospace, satellite communications, and related sectors.

David brings to ICF a strong background in business services, renewable energy, health and health IT, and life sciences. He has held executive positions at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and was a principal with McKinsey & Company.
