Cori Sheedy
With more than 20 years of experience, Cori has amassed an extensive and complementary level of expertise in the development, direction, and execution of evaluation projects for health services and social programs. Her proficiency extends to offering technical assistance, providing implementation support, and disseminating research findings.
For more than 23 years, Cori has spearheaded strategic and outcome-oriented large-scale evaluation and implementation projects. She adeptly applies innovative qualitative and mixed methods data collection, analysis, reporting, and dissemination to provide equity-based technical assistance, evaluation, and implementation support for federal and non-federal entities. These entities include the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Agency for Healthcare Quality and Research (AHRQ).
Drawing upon her extensive expertise in business development and a detailed understanding of task orders and indefinite delivery as well as indefinite quantity proposals and projects, Cori strategically aligns ICF's vast enterprise with this ever-evolving landscape. She actively expands ICF's presence across health and social programs, demonstrating proficiency across capabilities and portfolios and fostering engagement with vulnerable populations.
Cori consistently advocates for the profound impact of people and their lived experiences, as catalysts for positive change in both individual lives and systemic enhancements. This steadfast belief serves as the cornerstone of her personal and professional journey, propelling her dedication to effecting meaningful change in every role she undertakes.
