
Kristyn Plunkett serves as vice president for digital modernization strategy at ICF. With over 20 years of experience, Kristyn leads transformation initiatives for public and private sector organizations, both domestically and internationally. She excels at leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic solutions that address people, process, technology, and data needs.
Kristyn spearheads initiatives that leverage generative AI to transform organizational work practices. Her team integrates multi-modal generative AI technologies to accelerate core human resources processes such as recruitment, selection, employee engagement, and development. Kristyn has extensive experience working with the Department of Defense, the Department of State, the Department of Health & Human Services, and the Department of Homeland Security’s Customs and Border Protection.
Kristyn specializes in strategic planning, digital transformation, project management, workforce planning, and change management. She previously led HR technology and people analytics at Lockheed Martin Space and holds a bachelor’s in political science and law from American University.
