Courtney Partlow
Courtney is a business leader with more than two decades of experience supporting clients and growing businesses within the public and private sectors. Courtney leads ICF’s Environment and Planning Division, helping clients solve their most complex and pressing environmental challenges. Courtney provides leadership for growth, operations, and administrative efforts for the division, which comprises planners, scientists, program managers, communicators, economists, technologists, and strategists. Her team is principally focused on local, state, federal, and commercial clients on projects related to energy, water, transportation, and natural resources.
Courtney’s specialties include people development, team building, creating new and efficient organizations, developing and accelerating growth, strategic planning, strategic communications, business development and management, and proposal development.
Courtney is completing her master’s degree in natural resources and global sustainability at Virginia Tech and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William & Mary.
