Stanley Holder

Stanley is a tribal communities expert with more than 30 years of experience providing direct program development, community development, tribal programs development, education, and therapeutic program development.
Stanley uses his knowledge of tribal communities to meet the needs of Indian Communities. His work has focused on health, education, and welfare, as well as the “classroom to prison pipeline for Indian juveniles.” Previously, he served as a Federal Programs Manager and Senior Supervisory Education Specialist for the Bureau of Indian Education. He also acted as an expert witness to ensure proper sentencing with therapeutic requirements for Indian youth and families.
