Heather Driscoll
Heather is a social scientist with more than 20 years of cross-disciplinary expertise in survey methodology and management across a range of clients. She directs a staff of research professionals who have extensive experience providing the entire spectrum of survey services across phone, mail, web and in-person methodologies.
She is experienced in developing research designs using quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methodological approaches; developing research instruments; overseeing data collection and analysis; and implementing quality assurance techniques. Heather manages some of our largest and most complex survey projects for federal, state, and commercial clients. She excels at interdisciplinary projects which bring together expertise and resources from across our organization to provide customized research solutions.
Heather has substantial experience developing and monitoring quality measures for multi-mode surveys and led ICF’s efforts to develop a Quality Management System and to achieve ISO 20252 certification for market, opinion and social research.
