Allan has more than 30 years of experience as an expert in aviation maintenance and engineering; maintenance, repair, and overhaul; and supply chain solutions and systems domains.

Allan has more than 30 years of experience as an expert in aviation maintenance and engineering (M&E); maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO); and supply chain solutions and systems domains. He specializes in solution blueprinting for MRO, supply chain, and ancillary information technology (IT) systems.

Allan manages application design, development, and full cycle implementation from selection to go-live for strategic clients in the MRO industry. He spearheads many carriers’ M&E and MRO systems solution design, customization, integration, and implementation, including project governance, data migration, and change management.

Allan has led MRO IT practices for numerous industry-leading solutions companies. He has implemented more than 20 go-lives involving at least eight different systems; served as MRO systems product principal for a large global IT solutions and systems integration company; directed M&E and MRO solutions for a large global aviation software and solutions provider; and managed technical records, maintenance planning, and production control at a mid-size commercial airline with full MRO.
