RESTON, Va., March 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- A large Southern electric utility has awarded global consulting and digital services provider ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI) two recompete contracts valued at over $35 million to deliver its residential and commercial demand-side management (DSM) programs.
