Rob is a chartered civil engineer with over 25 years of industry experience.

Rob is a chartered civil engineer with over 25 years of industry experience. He has a wide range of skills covering business planning, master planning, and the project management of multidisciplinary airport projects with complex financial, commercial, regulatory, and engineering interfaces.

His airport experience has involved strategic planning, business planning, master planning, and airport development. Rob is also adept at liaising with financial, regulatory, statutory, and public bodies. His view of airport planning is that the master plan is the physical embodiment of the business plan.

Rob has expertise in preparing and assessing strategic development scenarios and the interaction of financial, planning, environmental, regulatory, and licensing requirements.

Rob is a visiting lecturer at Cranfield University, one of the United Kingdom’s leading business schools.
