Shanthi leads our energy advisory practice which has helped clients deploy billions of dollars in investments in the energy sector. She has been with ICF since 1995, helping develop advisory service solutions that have enabled clients to benefit from opportunities in energy markets, policy, and planning. Shanthi is a leading industry expert with experience in regional markets in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Caribbean.
Her clients have benefitted from her expertise on a wide range of transactional engagements including development and financing; acquisition and sale of generation assets and portfolios; asset valuation; and portfolio planning and optimization in an increasingly dynamic environment. Using cutting edge analytical tools and approaches, Shanthi has helped with complex restructuring for clients including Energy Future Holdings on behalf of the First Lien Committee; Dynegy and Calpine on behalf of the Unsecured Creditor Committees; and NRG Energy.
