Gene Costa

Executive Vice President, Disaster Management
Gene is an executive vice president at ICF with more than 40 years of experience providing advisory, implementation, and operations support services to public and private sector clients.

Gene has more than 40 years of business leadership experience providing advisory, implementation and operations support services to government and commercial clients. He currently serves as executive vice president of disaster management at ICF. He previously led ICF’s Europe and Asia business group as executive vice president and provided a variety of services and solutions to organizations and government agencies throughout that region.

Prior to joining ICF, Gene held leadership positions in several large international businesses. Most recently, he led the North American transportation and infrastructure business unit of Serco. He also has a successful track record with start-up business ventures.

Gene is a certified public accountant (CPA) and project management professional (PMP).
